Danish guitarist with west coast vibes…
In 2007 the guitarist Simon Hoirup recorded the album L.A. Instrumentals featuring Roberto Valley, Ricky Lawson and Kim Hansen. The album did get awesome reviews and Simon also got the possibility to perform at La Ve Lee in Studio City L.A. when the album was released in US.
Beside his solo career Simon Hoirup has released three albums with his band: “Strongly Related” 2002, “Open Up” 2005 and “May You Find” 2009.
Now the second solo album titled “Next Step” is released on the Gateway Music label. This time Simon Hoirup is backed up by Lars Frimodt-Moeller, Jakob Riis, Kell Dalager, Hans Mydskov & Peter Sund.
