Anne Bertucci started her career when she was chosen to join the band “The Babys” (Featuring John Waite & members from Journey) as a featured vocalist for the entire 1979-80 tours.
They toured nationwide as an opening act for Alice Cooper, Cheap Trick, Eddie Money, Ted Nugent, Journey, Styx and other major acts, playing the largest concert arenas in the USA.
In 1981, Anne Bertucci released her first solo album entitled “I’m Number One” featuring Steve Lukather + Mike Porcaro (Toto), Richard Page + Steve George (Mr. Mister), David Foster (Michael Jackson, Chicago, Céline Dion), Mike Baird (Journey, Richard Marx, Hall & Oates), Michael Landau (Pink Floyd, Mariah Carey, Joe Cocker), Leland Sklar (Phil Collins, Linda Ronstadt, Toto), Tom Kelly (Madonna, Cindy Lauper, Whitney Houston) & many more…
