GEORGE & G RETURNS AFTER 19 YEARS WITH “VIRTUOSO NEVER DIES”
A New Pop Album Fusing Chopin’s Legacy with Modern LA Sound – Out Now in Japan
Warsaw / Stockholm / Los Angeles — Swedish-Polish artist George Grunwald, known to millions of fans worldwide as George & G, is back.
His highly anticipated new album “VIRTUOSO NEVER DIES” was released on July 15th in Japan via P-VINE Records tower.jp.
It’s more than a comeback. It’s a musical statement.
From “So Much to Say” to “Virtuoso Never Dies”
19 years have passed since George & G’s debut album “So Much to Say”. That record still spins on radio stations around the world — and even onboard Japan Airlines (JAL) flights.
Now, with a devoted fanbase across Europe, Asia and beyond, George & G returns with 8 brand-new, original English-language tracks.
Chopin Reimagined
The heart of VIRTUOSO NEVER DIES is a bold artistic gesture: previously unreleased vocal fragments of Fryderyk Chopin’s music, reimagined in English and woven into a modern pop soundscape.
The result is a fresh, emotional medley that introduces Chopin’s genius to a new, global audience — not just as classical heritage, but as a living, breathing part of contemporary music.
“This album is both a surprise for my fans and a tribute to Chopin lovers,” says George Grunwald. “By blending his timeless melodies with today’s pop sensibility, we hope to create something that can live on radio playlists worldwide — a timeless hit born from virtuosity and modern energy.”
