The song is carried by the feeling of having fought for a long time for something that has not come easily. Of standing in a battle that has often felt lonely and uneven. And of discovering that some dreams simply cannot be parked, even when common sense points in another direction.

“RUST AND GRAVEL is about the long road in music, where it has not always been logical to keep going. There have been many years where the most sensible thing would probably have been to give up — but when the dream and the passion run that deep, it simply isn’t a real option,” says Henrik Bank.
