• West Coast Music

As the name indicates West Coast Music has its origin on the American West Coast. The music emphasizes melody, harmonies and arrangements, and the vocal and instrumental performances are always with great skill and of high quality. The music is often performed by pop/rock artists from the American West Coast, but is in no way limited to any geografical area.

Words from Morten Holm:

Have released 5 cd`s with own songs featured by many great vocalists and musicians. It started with “Inside looking out” in 1998 followed by ” Blomsterøya” in 1999. In this periode I was very ill and not able to be in the studio to follow the progress in the project.

In 2003 I felt better and able to be a part of the studio team. It was great. The two westcoast/melodic pop/rock/folk albums “Open Up and “Tusler varsomt forbi” got very good critics by the “west coast music” fabs. David Johansen was the producer and ownwer of the studio Audiovisjon studio.

The I did the more basic melodic rock and pop album “The Raven” in 2005. This is one of my favourites since I did the leadvocal myself.

The the local cd”Sommernatt” did see the light in 2008. I have done some new songs on time will tell what`s happen with them.
