Danish hightech AOR…

This danish band played great AOR and in 1994 they recorded “Woke Up This Morning”, a 3-track release, that should help them to get a record-deal. Unfortunately they didn´t get any deals, so this was the only release from “5 Visions”.

The 3 songs on the album are with great hooklines, guitars all over, massive keyboards and a perfect production.

5 Visions released only this 3-track record as a private pressing and disappeared shortly after into nowhere, as a record deal never came.

It starts with a hell of a great AOR song, called “The Shadow” that totally sound like Drama and Creation and comes along with a super-memorable hookline you won’t get out of your head anymore.

The guitars and the keyboards are well balanced and the sound is pretty awesome. “The Love We Have” is a wonderful midtempo Westcoast song, that starts very laidback and leads into a big chorus with massive keys and great backing vocaks and sounds like a major hit from West of Sunset or Big Easy.

With “Woke Up This Morning” is a smooth and lovely ballad with athmospheric keyboards and a great melody it goes right into your heart and reminds a lot of Lava.

The musicianship is excellent, especially lead singer Torben Kramer has a great and clear voice. The arrangements are absolutely awesome and the sound is crystal clear and bright.
